About: I'm an Ottawa-based Yoga Instructor on a mission to help others feel great with yoga. I started practicing yoga in 2008 as a way to become more flexible and learn to manage stress and anxiety. Little did I know in a few short years I would have the privilege of becoming a teacher, passionately committed to sharing yoga with others who, like me, were sick of feeling less than vibrant.
Through my Yoga with Kassandra YouTube channel, I've been able to introduce Yin Yoga to hundreds of thousands of people from across the globe. What started as my own personal sadhana to ease stress and anxiety quickly unraveled into my greatest passion, an exciting career and a whole new way of life! My aim is to create accessible, easy to follow yoga classes that you can do in the comfort of your own home.

About: Andrew Sealy is a connection catalyst, a Yoga artist, and a movement creator. His days are spent traveling to find adventure, practicing to cultivate growth, and constantly absorbing wisdom to creating new experiences that he shares with love to his friends around the world. He finds joy in interviewing Yogis from all walks of life to share their inspiring stories on the Yoga Revealed Podcast.

About: Adriene Mishler is an actress, writer, international yoga teacher and entrepreneur from Austin, Texas. On a mission to get the tools of yoga into schools and homes. Adriene also co-founded the subscription network Find What Feels Good, dubbed the first “Netflix For Yoga” providing creative Yoga and Yoga Lifestyle content across all devices. Adriene combines studies of traditional yoga with developmental movement, storytelling and mindfulness. Her approach to regular self care embodies a playfulness, wisdom and humor that encourages all personalities to the mat.

About: I teach vinyasa flow yoga & meditation on Youtube with classes appropriate for people who've *never done yoga before* to very sweaty, advanced stuff for when you want a true yoga workout out home! My goal is to make this deeply powerful practice accessible, fun, and transformative to everyone.
