Anita teaches Goa Flow yoga classes at the Life Centre in Islington, London, UK, and offers Goa Flow, both formats of yoga and ‘yoga inspired fitness’ on her YouTube channel. Goa Flow is a whole-istic approach. It’s a constantly evolving method drawing from life, yoga, philosophy and fitness and designed to get your body strong, flexible, enduring and toned while of course integrating mind and spirit. Anita aspires to inspire you to ‘follow your own flow’ whether it’s on the mat or off the mat so you live your life to your fullest potential. Goa Flow is about flowing with the cycles and the phases of life. When you flow, you feel good. When life flows, you feel even better.

About: OUM.RU club is a group of like-minded, joined by wholesome life. For quite a long period of time we practice yoga and share knowledge with people in our cities. We conduct yoga tours and seminars in the places of strength and life of the great yogis to India, Nepal, Tibet, Kailash and others. We offer you to get acquainted with the teachings of yoga and self-improvement, and to discover for yourself the path of self-development.

About: Ashley’s Californian-style Vinyasa classes are playful, fun and build stamina. ‘Vinyasa’ means ‘placing with awareness’. In these open level classes you will synchronise breath and movement as you flow through the postures and transitions. Ashley’s class will challenge you in their dynamic nature but also encourage you to smile as you move. Focusing the mind, building strength, flexibility to leave you feeling energised and inspired. The classes are set to modern music you can groove to, lifting the spirit to enjoy each moment. Ashley calls her classes a ‘gateway’ to Yoga – teaching without using unfamiliar Sanskrit names for those less accustomed to the traditional aspects of the practice. Join Ashley if you’re looking to challenge yourself, to pick up your energy and find positivity. Ashley’s intention is to inspire people to dig deep and engage the warrior that resides within.
